Processing Technology: Blended with intact lamb belly, front leg meat or hind leg meat. The meat is arranged along the grain direction when layering and shaping, presenting a well-distributed fat-to-meat ratio. The fat content is strictly controlled within the range of 15%–18%. Packaged in vacuum heat-shrink film.
